Home Visits As we build meaningful relationships with our neighbors through our unique home visits, we connect them with programs that will help them thrive.

When we arrive on our neighbors’ doorsteps, we come ready to listen without judgement, to understand with empathy, and to uncover ways we can help beyond addressing the immediate need. We offer to pray with them, if they’d like, and work together to build a path to self-sustainability.
