New Referral Label System Meeting

In talking with several of Conferences we were hearing that the process of issuing referrals could be a bit clunky. This got us looking at the process and how we could improve. As we dove deeper into our service level to NIN, as well as needed efficiencies at store level, we quickly saw there were opportunities to improve!

We know change is hard, trust us, we feel it too, but think you will be pleased with the improvements. To ensure everyone has an opportunity to understand and ask questions about the new process, Lynn Karnes will be hosting 2 live zoom meetings in February.

Who Should attend?

It would be a great idea to have District Presidents, or at least one member from each conference, join us in reviewing the new voucher process.

What will be covered during this zoom?

We are very excited to share the new process with you! We will be going over the new voucher procedure in detail, how to request vouchers, how to exchange old labels for the new vouchers, and what qualifies each conference to receive vouchers. Lynn Karnes will be live training the new process, and to answer any questions you may have.

When are the trainings?

Both trainings are also loaded on the website under the new member calendar tab. https://svdpdetroit.org/Member-Resources/Member-Calendar Recordings of the zoom trainings will be sent out to District Presidents only after the zoom is complete.
